Greetings! Thank you for volunteering to work with the youth in Atlantia. This section is here to make your life easier by assembling the necessary paperwork and information you need to complete your job. If you think of any information that would be helpful and is not here, please tell us.

In this area you will find the current warrant roster that has all the names and contact info of any warranted youth officers in Atlantia. If you feel that you should be on this list and are not, please contact me at youth@atlantia.sca.org and we will see why you are missing. If you are stepping up into the job and need to get on the list, please print out a warrant form and have it signed by the appropriate officers. Mail the warrant form to Kisaiya Zingara (Dawn Davis) at 1521 Bridford Parkway, Apt. 1M, Greensboro, NC 27407.

Please frequently check the section on policy as both the Society and Kingdom are constantly updating the information there. Also, please remember that as a warranted Chancellor Minor, you must turn in quarterly reports. The schedule is April 15, July 15, October 15 and January 15. We are working on a template that can be emailed. Please send your reports to the Chancellor of Youth, your local seneschal and keep a copy for your records.

If you have run an activity for the youth or children’s corner recently, please go to the report form. We would like to know what activities you did, supplies you needed and whether it went well or went poorly. Completing this form will allow us to learn what types of activities are successful and what needs to be worked on. It is this information that will help make all our programs more useful and fun. Please send this report to the Chancellor of Youth and your local seneschal. Remember to keep a copy for yourself!

Finally, we have included some links of interest to articles and activity ideas to help inspire you and get you started with activities.

Thank you for your work and interest!
